I was delighted to recently successfully complete a Micro Credential (level 9) in Mentoring for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion through Maynooth University. This is related to the STEM Passport for Inclusion programme, run by Dr Katriona O'Sullivan. It was a great experience, and I learned a lot. It was incredibly helpful to reflect on my own privilege and position in the world, and on what this means for my professional work and my personal life.
