Congratulations to Fiona Coyle and the team in Mental Health Reform for a wonderful "Leaders in Lived Experience" conference recently. The panel discussions were all very interesting, and the highlight of the day (for me) was listening to Tammy Donaghy share her story and lived experience. She is nothing short of inspirational ! I feel hopeful for the future of mental health in Ireland with individuals like Tammy being front and centre driving change.
