"When we see a behaviour that is problematic or confusing, the first question we should ask isn't 'how do we get rid of it?' but rather 'what is this telling us about the child?'"

Mona Delahooke, Phd.

Following my initial training, I have undertaken further study of  MSc Child & Adolescent Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Skills (2021), through Middlesex University, to enable me to work therapeutically with adolescents & children U18.

I work with adolescents on a one to one basis, understanding each child's individual differences and needs, supporting them, believing in them, encouraging them and empowering them to find their own answers.

I accompany adolescents and children on the journey they are on, walking alongside them and facilitating positive change to occur.

I have a particular interest in, and experience of, working with LGBTQIA+ adolescents and young people that on are a gender journey.

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including traditional "talk therapy", creative art therapy, sand tray therapy, and more, depending on the needs and preferences of the individual I am working with.

I provide both face to face and online therapy.

I undertake regular supervision, in accordance with the requirements of my accrediting bodies, and to maintain professional standards at all times.
